What they need
Lead and support Solution Architecture initiatives, develop solution designs aligned with current, transition, and target states, recommend appropriate technologies, and provide technical guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
Job Qualifications – Solutions Architect
- At least 10 years of experience in IT software/services development, delivery, and management.
- 8 years of experience in Solution Architecture, developing solution visions aligned with business and strategic IT projects.
- Strong understanding of solution delivery lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and processes.
- Experience providing technical guidance on opportunities, impacts, risks, and architectural considerations.
- Knowledge of application development, middleware, system integration, infrastructure, databases, data governance, security, and IT operations.
- Broad knowledge of legacy, on-premise, and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with current, emerging, and new technology trends and their practical business applications.
- Exposure to financial services, payments, or insurance is an advantage.
