Solutions Architect

You will lead solution architecture initiatives while managing a team of architects and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders. You'll ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality solution designs that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Solution Architects.
• Drive end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise technology initiatives.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define solution strategies.
• Review and approve architecture designs to ensure scalability, quality, and alignment with business goals.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architecture teams.
• Support technology transformation and innovation initiatives.
• Ensure architecture governance and best practices are consistently followed.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience in a People Manager or leadership role.
• Strong background in one or more of the following:
• Software Development
• Data Engineering / Data Platforms
• Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Experience leading solution architecture initiatives.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale technology solutions.
• Background working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup with a minimum of 8 onsite days per month .
