As a Solutions Architect, you will work at the intersection of business strategy, customer experience, data platforms, and enterprise technology. You will design scalable solutions that connect CRM, marketing automation, customer data, commerce platforms, messaging ecosystems, and AI-driven personalization capabilities.

You will help organizations modernize their customer engagement architecture and deliver meaningful business outcomes at scale.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Solution Architecture & Technology Leadership

• Design end-to-end customer engagement and marketing technology architectures
• Define integration strategies across CRM, marketing automation, CDP, commerce, messaging, and enterprise systems
• Lead solution design workshops and technical discovery sessions with stakeholders
• Evaluate business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Establish architectural best practices, governance standards, and implementation frameworks

Enterprise Integration & Data Strategy

• Design API, event-driven, and data integration architectures
• Build scalable customer data flows across multiple platforms and cloud environments
• Define identity, segmentation, personalization, and data activation strategies
• Support platform modernization and digital transformation initiatives

Technical Delivery Leadership

• Guide global delivery teams throughout implementation lifecycles
• Provide technical oversight during development, QA, deployment, and production support
• Review solution quality, scalability, security, and maintainability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across consulting, delivery, analytics, and operations
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for client programs and support operational governance across implementation and production environments.

Platform Reliability & Continuous Improvement

• Lead root cause analysis and resolution for complex technical issues
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, and operational efficiency
• Establish proactive monitoring, governance, and risk mitigation practices
• Leverage AI capabilities and automation to continuously optimize system performance, data workflows, and operational efficiency

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 7+ years of experience in CRM, MarTech, Solution Architecture, Customer Data, or Digital Experience Technologies
• Strong understanding of API-based integrations, cloud architectures, and customer data ecosystems
• Hands-on and architectural experience across enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle Eloqua, Adobe, or similar enterprise marketing technologies
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for translating complex challenges into elegant solutions
• Demonstrates humility and a continuous learning mindset
• Takes ownership and accountability for commitments and outcomes
• Values teamwork, collaboration, and mutual respect
• Proactively identifies issues and drives solutions
• Experience leading distributed or global delivery teams is highly valued

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Multi-platform MarTech experience
• Experience working with global or APAC delivery teams
• Experience in luxury, retail, FMCG, consumer goods, or technology industries
• Native Korean speaker (Currently residing in South Korea)
• Business-level English communication skills
