Solutions Architect

Solutions Delivery Architect

This person will work closely with customers, sales, and our technical teams. They should be comfortable leading discovery conversations, asking the right questions, understanding a customer's current environment, and helping determine the best approach to solve the problem. They will also stay involved through delivery to make sure what we proposed is what we actually deliver.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to understand business goals, technical challenges, current environments, and desired outcomes.
• Lead discovery sessions and translate customer needs into clear requirements, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Work with architects, engineers, developers, and other technical resources to develop solutions.
• Recommend practical approaches using cloud, data, AI/automation, application development, infrastructure, ServiceNow, or other technologies depending on the customer's needs.
• Develop high-level solution plans, resource requirements, estimates, and delivery approaches.
• Partner with sales during customer meetings, proposals, presentations, RFPs, and new opportunity development.

Technical Background

Candidates should have 7+ years of technology experience, including meaningful experience in a hands-on technical or technical leadership role such as:

• Solution or Cloud Architect
• Software or Application Engineer
• Data Engineer / Data Architect
• DevOps / Platform Engineer
• Infrastructure / Cloud Engineer
• Technical Consultant
• Engineering or Technical Delivery Lead
