Solutions Architect

We are seeking a Principal Solutions Architect / Lead Technical Field Engineer to drive complex Proof-of-Value (POV) engagements, enterprise customer deployments, and technical post-sales expansion. In this high-impact role, you will serve as the top-tier technical authority and escalation lead for Sales Engineering and Customer Success teams. Acting as a strategic bridge between Go-To-Market (GTM) and Core R&D, you will solve intricate integration challenges, accelerate customer adoption, and translate customer feedback directly into product strategy.

Core Responsibilities

• Deployment & POV Leadership: Own technical proof-of-value implementations and complex enterprise deployments, serving as the ultimate escalation path for technical field blockers.
• Proactive Environment Tracking: Conduct system health tracking and continuous evaluation across customer platforms to uncover configuration drift, integration gaps, and adoption hurdles.
• Pre-Sales to Post-Sales Synergy: Partner closely with Sales Engineers during solution validation to ensure friction-free handoffs into live customer environments.
• Customer Success Alignment: Collaborate with Customer Success leads to resolve deep technical roadblocks, reinforce product value, and drive expanded utilization.
• Product & R&D Feedback Loop: Channel structured field insights and feature requests to Product Management and R&D to shape future roadmap priorities.
• GTM Enablement & Automation: Author technical playbooks, troubleshooting frameworks, and internal automation tools to streamline field architecture operations.
• Domain Expertise: Maintain deep context on data security trends, compliance standards, and competitive platform architectures to provide expert guidance to enterprise clients.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise-facing technical roles ( Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Security Engineering, or Professional Services ).
• Domain Mastery: Deep familiarity with SaaS security, data protection architectures, and enterprise cloud/IT environments.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Proven experience onboarding, integrating, and debugging complex software platforms within enterprise ecosystems.
• Strategic Communication: Strong ability to articulate complex technical nuances into business value for C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Ownership: Exceptional collaboration skills across GTM, Product Management, and R&D teams with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
