🚀 We're hiring: Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect | Madrid (Hybrid)

Swiss Himmel is supporting a client in Madrid that is looking for a senior Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect to own the architecture of its CRM platform.

📍 Location: Madrid – client site 2–3 days/week, rest remote

🗣️ Language: English (Spanish a plus)

💼 Engagement: Contract / B2B welcome

🔹 ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll be the architecture lead for the client's D365 CE platform. You'll partner with the Platform Owner, Business Analysts and functional leads to shape the technical direction and guide delivery from design to go-live.

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

▪️ Lead end-to-end architecture and technical design across D365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service and Power Platform

▪️ Design integrations between D365 CE and third-party systems

▪️ Own data integration and data migration

▪️ Introduce Copilot, Copilot Studio and agentic AI capabilities across the Dynamics landscape

▪️ Produce solution architecture and technical design documentation

▪️ Guide developers and offshore teams on design and best practice across the full implementation lifecycle

▪️ Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with BAs and functional leads

🔹 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

▪️ 15+ years in the Microsoft stack

▪️ Strong background as a D365 CE / CRM technical consultant or architect

▪️ Multiple full-lifecycle implementations across Dynamics CRM / 365 CE versions

▪️ Proven integration and data migration delivery

▪️ Experience working with offshore teams

🔹 TECHNICAL SKILLS

▪️ C#, .NET, WCF / Web API, MVC, Entity Framework

▪️ SQL Server, SSRS, FetchXML

▪️ JavaScript, HTML, JSON, XML

🔹 CERTIFICATIONS

▪️ MB-210 – highly desirable

▪️ TOGAF and an Agile certification – a plus

🔹 NICE TO HAVE

▪️ Hands-on Copilot / Copilot Studio experience

▪️ Field Service implementation experience

▪️ Spanish

✅ Right to work in Spain required
