Solutions Architect

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand architecture needs by multiple business units. To be effective in this position, you must feel comfortable owning the entire architecture development process from inception to completion.

Role: Solutions Architect

Location: Brussels BE

Mandatory skills

Minimum 6 years of experience

Minimum 3 years experience as Solution Architect

Ability to easily communicate in English to business & technical profiles

Ability to present different solutions and evaluate them against multiple criteria

Onsite presence in Brussels : 3 days / week

Solution Architect will:

– Understand the requirements & constraints from the stakeholders : business, delivery, security, privacy, legal, operations, Client guidelines (non-exclusive)

– Deliver the target architecture of the Employee Benefit transformation program

– Deliver the architecture of each phase

– Deliver the possible temporary workarounds when the ideal move towards the target is not possible

– Leverage the new technologies to be introduced for the program

– Consider architecture & technology risks in scope of the program

– Follow the architecture governance of Client. This essentially requires to

• Deliver Building Permits in local and / or group architecture governance board for each EPIC where architecture is relevant ( an EPIC is set of business & technical features). The implementation can only start after the

delivery of a building permit.

• Leverage the existing presentation templates designed by the architecture group of client

• Document the architecture of EPICs in Sparx using the modelling guidelines of Client

• Identifies & document & govern the gaps between the actual implementation and the architecture approved in architecture board

? Interpersonal skills: Team work, ability to listen, resilience, creativity

? Technical skills :

– Knowledge of deploying applications in AWS, focus on serverless services

– Understanding into BPMS, EDA integrations & Agentic platforms.
