Solutions Architect

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with 10+ years of experience, to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale data architecture, AI-enabled solutions, robotic process automation (RPA), and system integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in modern data platforms, cloud technologies, enterprise integration, analytics, and automation frameworks, enabling organizations to accelerate digital transformation and operational efficiency.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership to develop scalable, secure, and future-ready architecture solutions that support enterprise objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Data Architecture

• Design and define enterprise-wide data architecture and data management strategies.
• Develop logical and physical data models supporting business and analytical requirements.
• Establish standards, guidelines, and best practices for data architecture and governance.
• Create scalable architectures for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data environments.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies that support long-term business growth and innovation.

AI & Advanced Analytics Enablement

• Architect data platforms that support Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and advanced analytics initiatives.
• Enable data ingestion, preparation, and processing frameworks for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Partner with data scientists, business analysts, and engineering teams to operationalize AI solutions.
• Design architectures that ensure high data availability, quality, and performance for AI workloads.

RPA & Process Automation Enablement

• Define architecture patterns supporting Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives.
• Integrate automation platforms with enterprise systems, applications, and data repositories.
• Identify and recommend automation opportunities that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Ensure automation solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.

System Integration & Data Movement

• Design robust integration frameworks connecting enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and third-party systems.
• Architect API-led integration solutions and event-driven architectures.
• Define approaches for real-time, near-real-time, and batch data integration.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability of integration solutions.

Data Platform & Technology Architecture

• Design modern data platforms including data warehouses, data lakes, and lakehouse architectures.
• Recommend cloud-native and hybrid data architecture solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and establish technology roadmaps.
• Define standards for data storage, processing, orchestration, and reporting capabilities.

Data Governance, Quality & Security

• Establish governance frameworks for data ownership, stewardship, lineage, and quality.
• Implement architecture patterns that ensure regulatory compliance and information security.
• Work closely with security and risk teams to protect enterprise data assets.
• Enable monitoring and controls for data quality, consistency, and accessibility.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Provide architectural leadership across multiple programs and initiatives.
• Facilitate architecture reviews and design workshops.
• Mentor technical teams and promote architecture best practices.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and executive stakeholders to align architecture with strategic objectives.
• Contribute to solution estimates, technology evaluations, and implementation planning.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, enterprise architecture, or solution architecture roles.
• Proven experience designing large-scale enterprise data platforms and integration solutions.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based architectures and modern data ecosystems.
• Experience supporting AI, analytics, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
