Solutions Architect

The Opportunity:

The ideal candidate will be very curious by nature. This position sits at the intersection of business, software, and engineering. You'll work directly with customers and internal technical teams to understand operational requirements and translate them into scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with customers to understand their operational goals and business processes.
• Lead requirements gathering workshops and document software and system requirements.
• Develop functional specifications and host interface specifications for customer projects.
• Translate customer needs into software architecture that leverages Swisslog's softwareplatform while identifying opportunities for customization.
• Support the sales process through software demonstrations, technical presentations,solution reviews, and customer consultations.
• Collaborate with Solution Consultants, Sales Engineers, and Software & Controls teams to deliver integrated automation solutions.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the solution development process while balancing customer needs, project cost, risk, and system complexity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business
• 0-3 years' of relevant experience
