Solutions Architect (Generalist)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Solutions Architect (Generalist) to design and deliver integrated enterprise IT solutions that meet client business requirements. The role is responsible for solution design, technical consulting, and leading project implementation from planning to deployment while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design integrated enterprise solution roadmaps based on client requirements and business objectives.
• Recommend appropriate technologies that maximize client value and support business growth.
• Serve as the Technical Lead during project implementation until successful turnover.
• Analyze client business environments and identify technology solutions.
• Provide recommendations for system improvements and enhancements to existing installations.
• Collaborate with the sales team during client presentations and solution proposals.
• Support the growth of assigned technology and enterprise solutions portfolio.
• Ensure successful project delivery and achievement of technical and business targets.
• Stay updated on the latest enterprise IT technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or any related course.

• Certifications in computing, cloud, networking, or digital technologies are an advantage.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, IT Infrastructure, Technical Consulting, or related roles.

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Servers
  • Storage
  • Virtualization
  • Networking
  • Cybersecurity
  • Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage)

• Experience in solution design, technical presentations, and client consultations.

• Technical pre-sales or business development experience is a plus.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build client relationships.

• Willing to travel for client meetings when required.
