About the role:

We are seeking a Solutions Architect at the mid-level to join our dynamic sales and pre-sales team in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in bridging technology solutions with client business requirements. As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and presenting comprehensive technology solutions that address client challenges, whilst supporting both the pre-sales and post-sales phases of the customer journey. This role is essential in building strong client relationships, demonstrating technical value propositions, and ensuring successful solution implementation that drives revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop tailored technology solutions that align with client business objectives and requirements
• Conduct detailed discovery sessions and needs assessments with clients to understand their technical and business challenges
• Create comprehensive solution documentation, including architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps
• Present and demonstrate solutions to clients and stakeholders, articulating technical concepts in a clear and business-focused manner
• Collaborate with sales teams throughout the pre-sales cycle to support proposal development, RFP responses, and client presentations
• Work alongside implementation and delivery teams during the post-sales phase to ensure successful solution deployment and client satisfaction
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to support the sales team in overcoming client objections and addressing technical concerns
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to ensure solutions remain competitive and innovative
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle
• Contribute to the development of solution templates, methodologies, and best practices to enhance team efficiency and consistency

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in a solutions architecture, pre-sales engineering, or similar technical advisory role
• Strong knowledge of enterprise technology solutions, systems integration, and cloud technologies
• Proven experience presenting technical solutions to C-level executives and senior business stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, and technical teams
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinking to understand complex business challenges
• Familiarity with the sales cycle and ability to support both pre-sales and post-sales activities
• Relevant technical certifications (such as cloud certifications, solution architecture credentials, or vendor-specific qualifications) are advantageous
• Experience with proposal writing and RFP response development is preferred
• Knowledge of the Philippine market and understanding of local business contexts is a plus
