Solutions Architect - REMOTE

For our client, we are seeking a Solutions Architect - REMOTE to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will shape scalable, secure, and cost-effective solution designs that support complex business and technology needs across the organization. You will work closely with product leadership and key stakeholders to translate strategy into technical architecture, with a strong focus on integration, performance, and operational resilience. The position also requires thoughtful evaluation of technologies, standards, and cloud solutions to help drive innovation and ensure alignment across teams.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,100 – $176,200 annually

Responsibilities

• Create detailed solution designs covering software, hardware, infrastructure, data, and security
• Understand the internal technology stack to design scalable and cost-effective solutions
• Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders to align on product strategy and technical needs
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies to drive innovation
• Define architectural standards and create design artifacts
• Strategize for scalability and performance under varying conditions
• Implement security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Plan for integration with existing systems and third-party services
• Optimize solutions for cost-effectiveness and resource management
• Continuously monitor and adjust solution performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8-10 years in technical roles across architecture, IT, and business operations
• Advanced skills in programming/scripting, preferably with Microsoft Stack
• Strong knowledge of API technologies and integration solutions
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• 2+ years with cloud/hybrid-cloud solutions, including 1 year with PaaS and 6 months with Microsoft Azure
