- You will own the technical solution strategy for assigned opportunities, translating complex partner needs into scalable workflows that support long-term platform adoption and value
- Your work directly shapes partner success across their entire journey
- By identifying risks early, leading technical scoping, and guiding seamless product implementations, you will help small businesses and their advisors thrive while turning partners into long-term advocates for Xero
- Leading technical scoping, workflow mapping, and custom solution design alongside sales teams
- Supporting partner migrations and technical implementations using cloud accounting and workflow tools
- Delivering clear product demonstrations and technical consulting sessions to help partners upskill their teams
- Gathering partner feedback to inform product development and influence future platform capabilities- A knack for communicating complex technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for diverse audiences
- A collaborative approach focused on building trusted relationships with internal teams and external partners alike
- Proven experience in pre-sales, technical account management, or solutions engineering within SaaS environments
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills that allow you to diagnose technical roadblocks and recommend effective workflow solutions
- You bring an operational background within an accounting or bookkeeping firm, alongside a solid grasp of cloud accounting software ecosystems
