Solutions Consultant – SaaS (Direct Hire) Location: Denver, CO | Hybrid (in office Monday–Thursday, remote Friday)

Compensation: $100k-130k base plus commission

About The Opportunity AimHire is partnering with a growing SaaS company to hire a Solutions Consultant for its Sales team. Our client builds cloud-based software that helps small and mid-sized businesses streamline their operations, gain real-time visibility, and grow more profitably, with AI-powered tools at the core of the platform.

In this role, you'll connect deep product knowledge to the real problems prospects are trying to solve. You'll sit on the Sales team but work closely with Marketing, Implementation, and Product, acting as the bridge that helps the market understand the value of the platform.

What You'll Do

• Lead engaging product demos, presentations, and technical calls for new prospects
• Partner with Account Executives to understand prospect challenges and show how the platform solves them
• Help prospects see the cost of doing nothing and the value the solution brings to their business
• Identify functionality gaps, design tailored solutions, and show how the platform supports long-term growth
• Build proofs of concept using prospect data and insights gathered during the sales process
• Drive deals to close by owning the pre-sales and product side of the partnership with AEs
• Share best practices and peer examples while adapting to each prospect's unique processes
• Spot patterns in customer conversations and relay feedback to the wider organization, especially Product
• Strengthen team product knowledge through training, enablement, and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Lead RFI/RFP responses from the product, solution, and technical perspectives
• Identify training needs for Account Executives and run sessions as requested by leadership

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in pre-sales or full-cycle sales
• Strong SaaS knowledge (required). You understand how a tech stack fits together and pick up new tools quickly
• Familiarity with project management and/or CRM concepts, tools, and best practices
• Ability to explain complex ideas through clear storytelling, visuals, and software demos
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills that make customers comfortable taking a leap to a new way of working
• Active listening skills and the curiosity to dig beneath the surface of a client's challenges
• Ability to think on your feet and solve problems in real time
• Comfort using business logic and workflow diagrams to map client needs
• A collaborative, team-first approach across departments
• A genuine belief in cloud-based solutions and a "can-do" attitude in fast-paced, changing environments
