Aussie Construction Tech | Pre-sales solutions consultant | $150k–$160k base + bonus | Remote

We’re partnering with an Australian construction technology business selling a full-lifecycle platform into large builders and project organisations. Deals are complex, the buying group is wide, and the demo is where they’re won or lost.

Right now one person runs every demonstration, and demand has outgrown them. They need someone to take it over and build the pre-sales function properly.

The action

• Run discovery, then build the demo around what that specific business actually does
• Present to site teams, project managers, commercial and finance leaders, and executives — often in the same room
• Answer the hard technical and commercial questions live
• Partner with the AEs on the biggest opportunities, and feed what you learn back into product

The result

Inside six months you’d own every demonstration in the business, and the pre-sales motion would be yours to shape. You’d have direct influence on what gets built and a front-row seat as they scale the sales team around you.

You’re a fit if

• You’ve done pre-sales, solutions consulting, implementation or technical sales for a AEC software product
• You have experience in AEC, construction management or infrastructure technology
• You understand how a head contractor runs a project, tender through to handover
• You translate software into commercial outcomes, not feature lists
• You’re comfortable building something from scratch rather than inheriting a playbook
