Solutions Consultant

You enjoy getting to the heart of a customer's problem. Understanding how their business operates, asking the right questions, and working out how technology can make a real difference. You've got experience in software pre-sales or asset management, but you want to do more than deliver product demos. You want to help shape the solution.

As a Solutions Consultant, you'll work closely with customers and senior stakeholders to understand their challenges and show how AI technology can help them make smarter budget decisions and improve day-to-day operations. You'll use your technical knowledge and consultative approach to design solutions, build relationships, and help move opportunities through the sales process.

What will your day to day look like?

You will serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, uncovering challenges and designing compelling solutions. Other responsibilities will include:

• Developing and delivering engaging product presentations and tailored software demonstrations
• Building strong relationships with prospect stakeholders and partners
• Influencing product evolution through client insights and market trends
• Representing the company at trade shows and industry events
• Collaborating with Account Executives to define strategies and close deals
• Discovering opportunities for existing clients to improve the use of their solution

This role will suit you if you…

• Are an industry expert in Utilities, Oil & Gas, Transportation, Manufacturing, or a similar field
• Have at least 5 years’ experience as a Solutions Consultant
• Are experienced in software presales with a complex product
• Know how to translate technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders
• Are a natural presenter, being able to easily engage with an audience
• Have a Bachelor’s degree within a technical or engineering field
