You’ve spent years advising banks on their data. You run the discovery, sell the vision, hand it to delivery, then start pitching for the next phase. This role keeps the best part of that and drops the rest.

Our client is one of Europe’s fastest-growing data and AI scale-ups. They build a decision intelligence platform, founded in 2016 by a former management consultant who left a six-figure consulting career to build it.

Today they have around 800 people worldwide, turn over c.£125m on a path to double that, and are trusted by some of the world’s largest banks for financial crime, KYC and customer intelligence.

Why now

The Nordics is a growth market for them, and the team in Stockholm is still small. You’d join early, shape how the region’s banking accounts are run, and grow with them.

The role

In this role, you’re the senior, trusted adviser to a portfolio of Nordic banking customers. Think in-house consulting on a platform you know inside out:

• Shape each bank’s data and AI strategy, and build the use cases that unlock real value
• Lead implementation alongside the internal delivery and engineering teams, much like an engagement lead in a consultancy
• Translate complex data architecture into outcomes that risk, compliance and business leaders can act on
• Grow your accounts by spotting where the platform can do more

This is high-value advisory work, not a quota-carrying sales role.

Who this suits

• Consultants, Managers and Senior Managers from Big 4, GSI or specialist data consultancies who sit on the advisory side rather than pure delivery
• Financial services experience is essential: banking, financial crime, risk or regulatory data
• Hands-on with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Azure, AWS or Snowflake. You understand the data layer, not just the dashboard
• Based in Stockholm or elsewhere in the Nordics
• Someone who wants their work to be seen, not lost among thousands of colleagues
