Solutions Customer Success Manager

Our client is a global leader in SaaS and AI, helping organisations create, manage and deliver digital experiences and content across websites and channels.

We're seeking a Solutions Customer Success Manager to partner with enterprise customers and maximise the value of their digital and marketing technology investments.

This is an opportunity for someone who combines technology expertise with strong customer and consulting skills, advising senior stakeholders on adoption, digital maturity, customer experience and business value.

You'll be a trusted advisor and advocate for customer success, using your digital experience expertise to build strong relationships and deliver measurable outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities:-

· Partner with enterprise customers to optimise Experience Manager solutions, adoption and strategy

· Advise & Consult on digital experience, content and customer journey strategies

· Translate technology into measurable customer and business value

· Lead customer workshops, success planning and advisory engagements

· Share best practices and innovative solutions, including AI and emerging Agent capabilities

· Analyse customer data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement

· Collaborate with Sales, Consulting, Engineering, Project Management and Support teams

We are looking for :-

Someone with strong marketing digital expertise and a genuine passion for customer success.

· 5+ years' experience in Digital Experience, Content Management, Digital Transformation or related fields

· 2+ years' experience with client's experienced products

· Knowledge of Content Supply Chain, AI and Agent capabilities

· Strong consulting, advisory and stakeholder management skills

· Ability to translate technology into business value, ROI and customer outcomes

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

· Proactive, organised and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

· Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience
