Solutions Designer

In this role you will:

• Lead customer research, journey mapping, service design and discovery activities to identify customer needs, pain points and opportunities.
• Partner with Product Leads and Proposition Leads to develop, test and validate new customer propositions, experiences and solution concepts.
• Facilitate workshops, design sessions and collaborative problem-solving activities while creating artefacts that help turn ideas into actionable recommendations.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in service design, customer experience, proposition development, product design, innovation, design research or consulting, with a strong customer-centric mindset.
• Can confidently conduct customer research, facilitate workshops, develop journey maps and translate insights into practical solution recommendations.
• Thrives in ambiguity, builds strong relationships across stakeholders and enjoys shaping customer-led solutions from concept through to validation.
