Solutions Enginee

Role Description The Solutions Engineer will work part-time in a remote capacity, collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to design, demonstrate, and support technical solutions that meet business needs. Day-to-day activities include understanding client requirements, proposing solution architectures, and supporting presales activities such as product demonstrations and technical presentations. The role involves working with development teams to ensure integrations and configurations are implemented effectively and documented clearly. The Solutions Engineer will also provide technical consulting, assist in scoping projects, and contribute to improving solution frameworks, processes, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Software Development skills, including understanding of modern development practices and the ability to work with technical teams.
• Candidates should possess Consulting and Presales skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate value to stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support solution positioning, respond to technical questions, and collaborate with commercial teams.
• Candidates should possess Integration skills, including experience working with APIs, data flows, and system interoperability.
• Relevant experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar client-facing technical role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities, with comfort engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time environment, manage priorities, and meet agreed timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
