About The Role We are looking for a Solution Engineer to strengthen MySite, our room management system, within the Audiovisual Services Squad of the End-Point Tribe. You will take part in projects and run the configuration and maintenance of equipment and infrastructure across several countries, including France, the UK, Romania and Singapore.

The Audiovisual Services Squad supports the business across three areas:

• Video rooms: autonomous videoconferencing systems (Cisco and Polycom codecs)
• Audiovisual: all equipment in collaborative spaces, such as screens, meeting bars, microphones, speakers and sharing systems
• MySite (Room Management System): presence sensors, a mobile app and RoomPads, the small interactive screens outside each meeting room

Key responsibilities

• Write user guides
• Write support documentation
• Work closely with users, project teams and suppliers
• Contribute to the deployment of the solution
• Support the operational maintenance of the existing solution
• Handle escalated incidents as level 2 support (SN2)

Your profile

• You are comfortable writing documentation for end users and support teams
• You are proficient with Excel functions
• You work autonomously
• You enjoy getting to the bottom of technical issues and finding solutions
• Ideally, you know a scripting language and can build tools to automate repetitive tasks
• You understand client needs and requirements, and can discuss them in business terms
• You can work and discuss technical topics in English; French is an advantage
