About the role

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to be the bridge between our sales team and our product and tech teams. You will join customer meetings to explain how Mynt works, answer the hard product questions and design the right setup for each customer. Inside Mynt, you are the person sales turns to whenever a question is about the product, integrations or what is technically possible.

What you'll do

• Be the technical voice in sales meetings: run demos, dig into the details and turn objections into "oh, that's neat"
• Map each customer's needs and processes and design how Mynt fits in across accounting systems, ERPs and card setups
• Support larger deals with solution design, technical documentation and answers to RFPs and security questionnaires
• Keep the sales team sharp by owning product training, building enablement material like FAQs and demo environments, and making sure every new release lands with clear positioning
• Bring customer insights and recurring blockers back to product and tech, and help prioritise what matters most for winning deals
• Make handovers to onboarding and customer success smooth for technically complex customers

Who you are

• 3+ years as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager or in a similar customer-facing technical role, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech
• Comfortable with technical concepts such as APIs, integrations and data flows, and able to explain them in simple terms to non-technical people
• Confident in customer meetings, from finance teams to CFOs and IT managers
• You're genuinely curious about how businesses run, and structured in how you solve problems
• You build trust easily with customers, sellers and engineers alike
• You're fluent in Swedish and English

Bonus points

• Experience with accounting, bookkeeping, VAT or reconciliation, or with systems such as Fortnox, Visma or Business Central
• Knowledge of card payments, expense management or the Nordic fintech market
• An engineering, computer science or business degree
