ABOUT THE ROLE:

Seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our Solutions Engineering team for our SaaS product. You will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our customers, by executing their data refresh pipelines, data validation, data ingestion and debug. You will be collaborating with cross functional team, engaging with clients and ensuring proactive and successful delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides technical support and expertise post customer implementation
• Execute end-to-end data pipelines
• Troubleshoot and fix any issues with pipelines or application
• Create playbooks and knowledge base

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Knowledge of Git or similar version control tools
• Good coding skills in python with experience in writing modular and re-usable code
• Good understanding of RDBMS concept
• Understanding of SQL concepts like windows functions, CTEs and aggregated queries
• Knowledge of SQL performance optimization techniques like indexing, partitioning etc.
• Good understanding of Pandas API for data exploration, filtering and transformation
• Experience of writing/maintaining Spark code base in a production environment.
• Experience in orchestration technologies like Airflow, Kubeflow etc.
• Experience on running ETL pipelines from a wide variety of sources, both batch & streaming, using latest data frameworks and technologies with real time monitoring and alerting.
• Know-how of critical developer’s toolkit such as Linux, GitHub, Dockers, VSCode, Jupyter
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
• Experience of working on public clouds (AWS / Azure)

SOFT SKILLS:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for customer success with solution mindset
• Knowledge of networking and webservers

Experience:

• 2-4 Years of experience
• Knowledge of data science and API is a plus
