Solutions Engineer - Critical Infrastructure

For our client, we are seeking a Solutions Engineer - Critical Infrastructure to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will serve as a key technical and customer-facing partner across the sales cycle, helping translate complex radar-based solutions into clear business value. You will support demonstrations, deployments, and post-sale technical engagement while collaborating closely with sales, customers, and partners. The position also plays an important role in gathering field feedback, enabling adoption, and supporting scalable customer education.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000+ annually

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers before and after the sale as a key member of the sales team
• Perform on-site radar demonstrations at events and customer sites
• Present the value of radar solutions to customers and partners
• Lead installation planning, deployment, and technical support
• Manage customer relationships during demonstrations
• Analyze post-demo data and create reports
• Develop training materials to support customer and partner scaling
• Collect customer feedback to help improve products
• Travel up to 50% as required

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota-carrying technical role
• Proven ability to learn and communicate technical product value
• Strong personal integrity and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Resilient with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up
• Solid technical foundation and writing skills
• Outstanding customer communication skills
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds
