Job Title: Solutions Engineer - Crypto SaaS

They are a fast-growing, venture-backed SaaS company operating in the RegTech/crypto compliance space. The platform helps financial institutions safely engage with digital assets through powerful data, automation, and risk management tools.

They are looking for a Solutions Engineer who can sit in the intersection of product, engineering, and customers. Someone who loves complex technical problems, translating them into clear solutions, and guiding customers through successful implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with sales as the primary technical expert in customer conversations
• Discover and understand customer requirements, then design solutions using APIs and platform capabilities.
• Lead technical demos, proof of concepts, and workshops.
• Support onboarding and implementation, working closely with customer success and product teams.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product and engineering.
• Help customer integrate APIs, SDKs, and webhooks into their existing systems.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in solutions engineer/sales engineer/pre-sales or similar role.
• Strong understanding of web technologies - REST APIs, JSON, authentication.
• Experience working with B2B SaaS products and enterprise customers.
• Recent experience working with crypto or blockchain infra products.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
