Solutions Engineer EMEA

You will help bring advanced cybersecurity solutions to organizations worldwide and directly contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities include:

Pre-Sales & Technical Advisory

• Support Account Executives in France and DACH during customer engagements
• Lead technical discovery, solution design and architecture workshops
• Deliver product demonstrations adapted to security and compliance use cases
• Translate customer business requirements into secure technical architectures
• Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, technical sections and security questionnaires

Proofs of Concept (POCs)

• Design and execute POCs end-to-end
• Define success criteria together with customers
• Support deployment in customer environments (cloud and hybrid)
• Track results and demonstrate business/technical value

Solution Architecture

• Design integrations including:
  – AWS KMS / XKS
  – Azure Key Vault & Double Key Encryption (DKE)
  – Salesforce Shield
  – HSMs and PKI infrastructures
  – Database and application encryption
• Advise customers on architectures meeting data sovereignty and compliance needs

Internal Enablement & Feedback

• Create technical documentation, demo environments and best practices
• Train sales colleagues on product capabilities and positioning
• Provide structured product feedback to R&D (features, gaps, integrations)

What you bring

• 5+ years as a Solutions Engineer, Security Engineer or Pre-Sales Engineer in B2B tech or cybersecurity
• Hands-on experience with cryptography, key management, PKI or HSM-based solutions
• Proven exposure to enterprise customers, ideally in regulated environments (finance, pharma, public sector)
• Confidence running product demos, technical deep-dives and POCs end-to-end

Your technical edge

• Solid knowledge of:

1. PKI, certificates, X.509, CA hierarchies
2. HSMs (on-prem and cloud-based: Thales, Utimaco, CloudHSM)
3. Key lifecycle management, rotation and access controls
4. Cryptographic primitives (AES, RSA, ECC) and awareness of post-quantum fundamentals

• Scripting skills in Python, Bash or PowerShell
• Good understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Comfortable working with APIs (REST, gRPC) and integrations

Languages

• English: fluent (mandatory)
• French or German: fluent in at least one (both is a strong plus)
