Solutions Engineer, Endpoint - West

For our client, we are seeking a Solutions Engineer, Endpoint - West to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will focus on helping customers understand how endpoint and identity security solutions can address modern workplace risks. You will partner closely with sales teams and prospects to deliver technical value, build trust, and support complex evaluations that move opportunities forward. The position also calls for clear communication with diverse audiences and ongoing collaboration with product teams to bring customer feedback into future improvements.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $206,400 – $283,800 annually

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver engaging product demos and sales presentations to showcase the company's technology.
• Plan and execute POC evaluations to demonstrate product value and secure technical wins.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in Salesforce for tracking and analysis.
• Provide continuous feedback to product management to influence product development based on customer needs.
• Establish customer trust by showcasing expertise in endpoint and user security.
• Represent the company at tradeshows and customer events, promoting the brand and its solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of advanced knowledge in at least 2 of 3 major operating systems: Windows, MacOS, or Linux.
• Experience in sales roles focused on endpoint or workstation products or solutions.
• Hands-on expertise with endpoint and identity management tools like Active Directory, Intune, and Jamf.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Understanding of security concepts and regulatory requirements for security roles.
• Ability to quickly identify risks and develop adaptive solutions.
• Proven track record in technical discovery and supporting complex sales opportunities.
