About Cloudairy

Cloudairy AI is an agentic AI platform for building, running and observing AI agents. Teams build agents on a visual canvas with LangGraph, Strands or CrewAI, sync them from GitHub, and deploy each with its own runtime, memory and checkpoints. Tracing, per-step cost and latency, evaluations, guardrails and human-in-the-loop approvals are built in.

The data plane can run in the customer's own infrastructure, so traces never leave their cloud. Agent Studio runs Cloudairy's own production AI assistant and is listed on AWS Marketplace. Cloudairy holds SOC 2, ISO 27001 and GDPR compliance.

The role

You are the first person a prospect talks to and the face of Agent Studio online. You turn inbound interest into qualified opportunities with great demos, and you make the tutorials and videos that bring the next wave of leads in.

What you will do

Inbound and demos (about 50%)

• Respond to every inbound lead within one business day: demo requests, trial signups, Marketplace inquiries. Reach out to Cloudairy's existing signups at target companies.
• Qualify leads on use case, team size, cloud and timeline, and keep the CRM current.
• Run live demos tailored to the prospect's use case, from building an agent to tracing and evaluating it.
• Build quick proof-of-concept agents for promising prospects and support them through the trial.
• Hand qualified deals to the founder with clear notes, and join follow-up calls as the product expert.

Content and promotion (about 50%)

• Record video tutorials and short demos: build-alongs, feature walkthroughs and framework guides (LangGraph, Strands, CrewAI).
• Write tutorials and sample agents for the docs, blog and GitHub.
• Post Agent Studio content on LinkedIn, YouTube and X, and show up where AI engineers talk.
• Run a monthly webinar or live build session, and start a small community channel.
• Feed what prospects ask back into the product and the FAQ.

What you bring

• 3+ years as a solutions engineer, sales engineer, developer advocate or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Hands-on with LLMs or agent frameworks: you have built an agent and can debug a trace.
• Confident on camera and on live calls. You can demo to a CTO and teach a junior engineer.
• A portfolio of demos, videos, tutorials or talks you made yourself.
• Comfortable with video tools (Loom, Descript or similar) and basic editing.
• Self-directed: you work well as the only person in this role.

Nice to have

• Experience at an LLMOps, observability, data or dev-tools startup.
• AWS knowledge, especially Bedrock and AgentCore.
• An existing audience among AI engineers.
