Solutions Lead, Consulting/Banking

For our client, we are seeking a Solutions Lead, Consulting/Banking to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will partner closely with Revenue, engineering, data, and product teams to shape client engagements and deliver tailored analytical solutions. You will lead discovery conversations, translate client priorities into actionable insights, and help drive successful pitches, trials, and renewals. The position is focused on presenting data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders and serving as a key escalation point for complex data inquiries.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $170,000 – $200,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to understand client priorities and data engagement
• Develop tailored insights for various teams and use cases
• Partner with Revenue on pitches, trials, and renewals
• Connect client needs to actionable data solutions
• Coordinate data deliverables across engineering, data, and product teams
• Act as an escalation point for data-related inquiries

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing analytical role with consumer brands or tech firms
• Strong data-driven storytelling skills
• Experience with Fortune 500 companies in consumer or tech sectors
• Collaborative mindset in dynamic environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for executive presentations
