Solutions Manager, Cloud & Connectivity

For our client, we are seeking a Solutions Manager, Cloud & Connectivity to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will serve as a key technical resource across pre-sales, onboarding, and partner enablement initiatives. You will collaborate closely with sales and engineering teams to support cloud and connectivity solutions that help customers succeed in connected-device environments. The position is focused on translating complex IoT and wireless technologies into clear technical proposals, service scopes, and customer-ready solutions.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,000 – $160,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Engage in pre-sales activities to help drive revenue growth
• Train partners on cloud and connectivity solutions
• Develop proposals and Statements of Work
• Coordinate with sales on technical account activities
• Increase technical awareness of the company's IoT solutions
• Oversee the customer onboarding process
• Serve as a technical expert supporting the sales team

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in engineering or IT
• 5+ years of experience in data-centric technical products
• 10 years of experience in Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture
• Strong knowledge of the M2M/IoT ecosystem
• Solid understanding of IP-based wireless technology
• Experience with SaaS integrations, APIs, and network architectures
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to work independently under pressure
