Solutions Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Solutions Manager to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will own the roadmap and delivery of financial software solutions that support critical operational needs in healthcare-adjacent environments. You will partner closely with engineering, QA, support, and client stakeholders to translate regulatory and business requirements into well-defined product enhancements. The position calls for strong product leadership, cross-functional coordination, and disciplined execution from concept through launch.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for financial solutions
• Drive feature development and launch from concept to delivery
• Serve as a subject matter expert on regulatory matters affecting billing and financial reporting
• Define functional specifications, requirements, and user stories for new features and regulatory changes
• Collect and manage requirements from clients and stakeholders across product releases
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and support to ensure quality delivery on time and within budget
• Manage execution of roadmaps and development schedules for solution areas

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or healthcare IT, or equivalent experience in hospital revenue cycle and finance operations
• Knowledge of hospital revenue cycle processes and accounting functions
• Familiarity with healthcare financial regulatory requirements and the ability to translate them into product needs
• Proficiency in writing clear requirements and communicating across varied audiences
• Experience collaborating with development, QA, and client-facing teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Strong organizational abilities for managing multiple priorities and releases
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
