Solutions Manager

The Role:

As a Solutions Manager, you will work closely with customers, account teams, and cross functional

stakeholders to develop and deliver innovative ICT, software and service solutions. This role is ideal for you if you would like to expand into new horizons as this role will include key responsibilities such as:

• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs on the service solution requirement and propose tailored technical solutions.
• Lead solution presentations, demonstrating product features and benefits to clients.
• Support commercial negotiations with customers, helping to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to develop and implement solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and proposals.

This would match your profile:

• If you possess a professional background in Telecommunications with a Master’s / Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications
• If you are proficient in Linux, Telecommunications, Information and Communications Technology (ICT), System Operations, Troubleshooting, Networking Knowledges would be a distinct advantage
• Previous exposure into bidding process will be a definite advantage.
