Solutions Marketing Intern

I. Purpose

The Solutions Marketing Team Intern will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of eLective B2B marketing plans aimed at strengthening our external brand presence, supporting lead generation activities, and contributing to business growth. This role requires knowledge of marketing, product development, and project management.

II. Duties and Responsibilities

Campaign & Program Support

· Assist in planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, events, partnerships, and content)

· Support go-to-market (GTM) activities for solution launches and promotions

· Help coordinate timelines, deliverables, and internal approvals

· Help monitor campaign performance and compile reports

Market & Competitive Research

· Conduct research on industry trends, target markets, customer segments, and competitors

· Gather insights to support strategic planning and market prioritization

· Analyze customer needs, pain points, and buying behaviors

· Prepare summaries and presentations of findings

Sales & Partner Enablement Support

· Help develop sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, solution overviews, and battle cards

· Assist in maintaining repositories of marketing assets

· Support coordination with sales teams and partners for joint initiatives

Administrative & Operational Support

· Maintain organized records of projects, assets, and documentation

· Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing meeting minutes

· Support cross-functional coordination with internal teams

· Perform other tasks as assigned by the Solutions Marketing team

III. Qualifications

o Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

o Strong written and verbal communication skills

o Proficient in Microsoft OLice or Google Workspace (PowerPoint/Slides, Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs)

o Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks

o Willing to learn about technology solutions and B2B marketing

o Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media is an advantage

o Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
