Solutions Service Engineer

• Installing, configuring, and commissioning software solutions at customer sites.

• Providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting across applications, infrastructure, networking, and integration layers.

• Investigating and resolving software-related issues, escalating complex cases to specialist teams when required.

• Acting as the primary technical point of contact for customers throughout the support lifecycle.

• Delivering technical training sessions and knowledge transfer to end users and local teams.

• Supporting system integrations and ensuring smooth communication between different platforms and technologies.

• Producing and maintaining technical documentation, implementation guides, and service procedures.

• Collaborating with Product, Development, Quality Assurance, and regional support teams to ensure high service standards.

• Managing customer expectations through proactive communication and timely issue resolution.

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support, professional services, software implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role.

• Enterprise networking, troubleshooting, and network security concepts.

• Windows operating systems administration and configuration.

• SQL databases and database management fundamentals.

• Virtualization technologies and infrastructure monitoring.

• Cloud environments and SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS architectures.

• Software integrations and communication protocols.

• Web applications and application server environments.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within global teams.

• Excellent customer-facing and communication abilities.

• Willingness to travel internationally up to 5 - 10% of the time.
