Position Summary
We’re looking for a Solventless Wash Technician to support commercial-scale ice-water hash and live rosin production at our licensed Colorado facility. This is a hands-on role covering manufacturing, packaging, and distribution of solventless rosin. It’s for someone who takes pride in making high-quality hash and rosin, keeps equipment clean, follows SOPs, and keeps accurate production records.

What You’ll Do

  • Produce ice-water hash and live rosin from fresh frozen material through finished product
  • Operate Low Temp, Harvest Right, and Pure Pressure commercial equipment
  • Perform washing, micron separation, freeze-drying, pressing, curing, and finished-product handling
  • Record wash and press parameters, yields, recovery, and production loss by strain and batch
  • Weigh, package, and label finished rosin accurately and in compliance with MED requirements
  • Prepare finished product for distribution and support order fulfillment and transfers
  • Maintain accurate Metrc entries and physical inventory records for assigned work
  • Complete assigned production tasks according to established schedules and SOPs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, inspection-ready workspace
  • Follow all production, sanitation, safety, and equipment procedures
  • Perform routine equipment cleaning and preventive maintenance
  • Identify and report equipment issues, production problems, and quality concerns promptly
  • Support consistent product quality, yield, and efficient production

What We’re Looking For

  • Professional solventless extraction or hash-making experience preferred
  • Experience with commercial-scale ice-water hash and live rosin production
  • Experience with commercial-scale solventless packaging
  • Familiarity with fresh frozen material handling
  • Experience with Low Temp commercial washing/extraction systems
  • Experience operating and maintaining Harvest Right freeze dryers
  • Experience with Pure Pressure and Low Temp commercial rosin presses
  • Understanding of micron separation, hash grading, press parameters, and curing
  • Metrc experience and strong attention to inventory accuracy
  • Familiarity with Colorado MED manufacturing and compliance requirements
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and recordkeeping
  • Ability to follow SOPs, take direction, and work independently on assigned tasks
  • Basic equipment troubleshooting and plumbing skills preferred

Bonus Points
Experience producing full melt, 90u, premium live rosin, full-spectrum rosin, and other micron-specific products is a major plus.

Who We’re Looking For
We want a dependable technician who cares about the craft and understands the demands of commercial production. The right person works well with a team, keeps their workspace clean, documents their work accurately, and consistently follows established processes.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must hold, or be able to obtain, a valid Colorado MED Employee License before starting
  • Ability to stand for long periods, work in cold and wet environments, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable transportation required; limited travel may be required

Benefits

  • Paid sick leave
  • Paid time off on major holidays
  • No additional benefits are offered at this time

Application Deadline: November 1, 2026
