What you'll be doing?

• Daily Operations Support： Support the smooth and successful running of daily restaurant operations, contributing to a consistently excellent dining environment for members and guests. 支援餐廳日常運營，確保順暢成功，為會員及賓客持續提供卓越的用餐環境。
• Beverage Sales & Service： Manage and develop beverage sales by delivering the highest standard of personalised service to members, creating memorable and distinctive experiences. 透過為會員提供最高標準的個人化服務，管理及拓展餐飲銷售，締造難忘而獨特的體驗。
• Quality Management： Oversee food and beverage quality, service standards, and facilities to ensure everything consistently meets the Club's exacting expectations. 監督餐飲質素、服務標準及設施，確保一切持續符合會所的嚴格要求。
• Inventory Control： Manage storage and inventory control, maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring products are adequate and kept in optimal condition at all times. 管理儲存及庫存控制，維持準確的庫存記錄，確保產品充足並時刻保持最佳狀態。
• Revenue Maximisation： Promote special products and services strategically to maximise revenue while creating standout experiences that differentiate the Club in the market. 策略性地推廣特色產品及服務，在最大化收入的同時，締造令會所在市場上脫穎而出的卓越體驗。
• Additional Duties： Embrace a flexible and collaborative approach by taking on any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor. 以靈活協作的態度承擔上司委派的其他相關職責。

Who are they looking for?

• Educational Background： A Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent qualification provides the professional foundation for this role. 持有酒店管理文憑或同等學歷，為擔任此職位奠定專業基礎。
• Wine & Beverage Certification： A minimum of WSET Level 3 or above, an internationally accredited wine master or tea master certification, or Certified Sommelier qualification from the Court of Master Sommeliers is required. 須持有至少WSET第三級或以上資格、國際認可的葡萄酒大師或茶藝師認證，或侍酒師大師公會的認證侍酒師資格。
• Relevant Experience： At least 3 years of sommelier experience in hotels, clubhouses, or Chinese dining outlets brings the hands-on expertise and versatility needed to thrive in this role. 至少3年於酒店、會所或中式餐廳的侍酒師工作經驗，為勝任此職位提供所需的實踐專業知識及多元能力。
• Operational Mindset： A willingness to roll up your sleeves and actively support day-to-day restaurant operations alongside beverage service is key to succeeding in this role. 願意積極投入並支援日常餐廳運營及餐飲服務，是勝任此職位的關鍵。
• Working Hours： 45.5 working hours per week. 每週工作45.5小時。
