We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Sommelier to join our team across three distinctive London venues: Comptoir Café & Wine, Blandford Comptoir and Vinoly.

This is a genuinely multi-site role, and the successful candidate must be comfortable and excited to float between all three venues, adapting to the needs of each operation. This flexibility is an essential part of the position.

Our venues share a passion for great food, wine and hospitality, while each has its own character and style.

The Venues

Comptoir Café & Wine
A relaxed, wine-focused café and bar environment.

Blandford Comptoir
A neighbourhood restaurant and wine bar in Marylebone, combining food, wine and hospitality.

Vinoly
A wine-focused London venue offering an environment centred around wine, dining and experiences.

The Role

As our Sommelier, you will:

· Previous restaurant experience is essential.

• Work across Comptoir Café & Wine, Blandford Comptoir and Vinoly, according to the needs of the business.
• Provide knowledgeable, engaging and confident wine service to guests.
• Maintain high standards of wine presentation and service across all three venues.
• Support the restaurant teams with wine knowledge and training.
• Help create memorable and personalised guest experiences.
• Assist with wine tastings, private dining and wine-focused events where required.
• Adapt your approach to suit the individual character and clientele of each venue.

A WSET qualification (Level 2 or above) or equivalent wine knowledge is desirable, although we are also interested in candidates with practical experience and a genuine passion for wine.
