Sommelier

Job Summary – Sommelier (Junior)

We are looking for a well-groomed and enthusiastic Junior Sommelier to join our livehouse restaurant at Far East Square. Candidates should have some prior experience in wine service and basic wine knowledge. Wine certification is an added advantage.

Working Hours:

• 5-6 days per week
• Fixed PM shift: 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM (including 1-hour break)
• Required to work on weekends and public holidays.
• No foreign workpass for this role

Job Responsibilities

• Recommend wines to guests based on their preferences and food choices.
• Provide professional wine service, including presentation, opening and pouring.
• Assist with wine inventory, storage and stock replenishment.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation.

Job Requirements

• Some prior experience in wine service or a similar F&B role is required.
• Basic wine knowledge and a willingness to learn.
• Well-groomed, presentable and good communication skills.
• Wine certification (e.g. WSET) is an added advantage.
• Able to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
