SONIC DRIVE-IN IS HIRING — ALL POSITIONS!

We are building a team, not just filling positions. We are looking for leaders, handworkers, and dependable team players who are ready to work, learn, and grow with us.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

• Shift Leaders
• Assistant Managers
• Carhops
• Cooks / Grill Team

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Team players who respect others and follow directions.
• Positive attitudes and a willingness to learn.
• Employees who understand that teamwork, consistency, and effort matter.

THE FIRST TWO WEEKS: MAKE IT OR BREAK IT!

Your first two weeks are your opportunity to show us what you bring to the team. We will be evaluating attendance, punctuality, work ethic, attitude, teamwork, performance, and willingness to learn.

We do not expect you to know everything on day one, but we do expect effort, accountability, improvement, and a commitment to doing the job right.

If you want to be a leader, step up. If you want to be part of the crew, come ready to work. If you want an opportunity to grow, bring the right attitude and prove you are serious.

WE NEED LEADERS. WE NEED HARDWORKERS. WE NEED PEOPLE WHO WANT TO WORK.

If you are dependable, motivated, and ready to be part of a team that takes pride in what it does, we want to hear from you.
