Sonographer

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Sonographer to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing ultrasound examinations, operating ultrasound equipment safely and efficiently, and producing clear, high-quality diagnostic images for interpretation by the appropriate medical professional.

Responsibilities:

• Perform abdominal, pelvic, obstetric, and other ultrasound examinations as required.

• Prepare patients for procedures and explain the examination process clearly.

• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment properly.

• Obtain and record accurate patient information and examination findings.

• Ensure high-quality images are produced for proper clinical interpretation.

• Maintain patient privacy, confidentiality, and comfort throughout examinations.

• Follow established safety, infection-control, and professional standards.

• Maintain accurate examination records and documentation.

• Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification/certification in Medical Sonography or Radiography.

• Previous experience in ultrasound scanning is preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle patients professionally and compassionately.

• Attention to detail and commitment to accurate work.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
