About the role

Precision Imaging is an emerging independent diagnostic ultrasound clinic in Central Auckland (Mt Roskill / Mt Albert), committed to high-quality, accessible and patient-centred imaging. We are recruiting experienced sonographers to help establish our clinical service. You will work with premium Philips ultrasound technology, including the Philips EPIQ Elite G configuration with nSIGHT Imaging, OB/GYN Essential Bundle with 3D/4D imaging, TrueVue Pro, Flow Viewer, HD Max Display, and high-frequency transducers. Our clinical configuration supports general, women's health, musculoskeletal, vascular and small-parts examinations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general abdominal, renal and pelvic scanning
• Conduct obstetric and gynaecological ultrasound, including transvaginal examinations
• Perform musculoskeletal, small-parts and vascular Doppler examinations
• Maintain strong patient communication and clinical documentation
• Manage PACS and digital workflow
• Contribute to shaping protocols and workflows in a new independent clinic

About you

• Current MRTB registration and a valid APC in the appropriate scope of practice
• Relevant qualifications and proven independent scanning competency in your clinical specialties
• Strong patient communication, clinical documentation and PACS/digital workflow skills
• General ultrasound competence strongly preferred
• Experience on Philips systems is welcome but not essential
