About the role

Bright Radiology is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sonographer to join the team at Bright Radiology Mooroolbark. You will perform a broad range of ultrasound examinations, manage a varied and reasonable caseload, with a strong emphasis on patient care and quality imaging. The brand-new, state-of-the-art clinic is equipped with modern and advanced imaging technology, designed to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for both patients and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of ultrasound examinations
• Manage a varied and reasonable caseload
• Maintain a strong emphasis on patient care and quality imaging
• Work alongside experienced radiologists and a dedicated clinical team
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images

About you

• Current ASAR accreditation (essential)
• Recognised qualifications in Medical Sonography
• Experience performing a broad range of ultrasound examinations, including general, obstetric and gynaecological imaging
• MSK and vascular ultrasound experience will be highly regarded
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate, patient-focused approach and commitment to clinical excellence
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality diagnostic images
• Appropriate Australian working rights
