What You'll Do

• Perform high-quality ultrasound imaging and provide procedural support in collaboration with physicians
• Independently complete detailed ultrasounds, using appropriate imaging techniques to ensure accuracy and diagnostic value
• Assist physicians with ultrasound guidance during procedures and other diagnostic interventions
• Review images for quality and accuracy and repeat or adjust studies as needed
• Document patient history, clinical information, imaging results, and procedural details accurately in the EMR
• Communicate significant findings and observations promptly to providers
• Prepare exam rooms, stock supplies, and clean and disinfect probes and equipment in accordance with infection prevention and compliance standards
• Explain procedures clearly, provide compassionate support, and help create a calm, reassuring patient experience
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and team members to support efficient clinic operations and quality care
• Participate in training, staff meetings, and improvement efforts while modeling professionalism, flexibility, and organizational values

What We're Looking For Education : 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred. Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography or Sonography Program; or CAAHEP-recognized Sonography Program, required.

Experience : Minimum of one year of experience in sonography.

Licensure/Certification/Registration (required): NH Medical Center-Certified and registered by ARRT in Sonography or certified and registered by ARDMS in a minimum of one specialty - RT(S) or ARDMS within 6 months of hire
