Location: Eastwood City Cyberpark Eastwood Avenue, Quezon City, Philippines, 1110
Salary Package: 45,000 PHP/Monthly

Job Summary
An SOP Writer is responsible for creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that
translates complex technical information to an easy-to-understand process. An SOP Writer is
expected to collaborate and coordinate with the different individuals inside the company, including
agents and Subject Matter Experts, varying on the task assigned. The role of an SOP Writer is
crucial in producing quality technical documentations, structured and organized reports, and
delivering utmost writing quality.

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain operational procedures, manuals, and training guides for the internal team.
• Conduct study or research in the area of business.
• Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other department to determine
  documentation needs and to understand the process
• Manage updates and revisions of process documents.
• Make high-quality documentation that complies with the standards, appropriate, easy to use,
  and reader-friendly
• Maintain a comprehensive repository of all documentation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
• Ability to communicate effectively with Subject Matter Experts
• Excellent written English skills
• Ability to work independentl

Job Requirements:

• Any Bachelor’s degree but preferably in Journalism, Communication, English, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience working as a Technical Writer, Manual Writer, Content Wriiter, or in
  any related field.
• Highly proficient in oral and written English.
• Experienced in creating process flow charts.
• Strong research, communications, and analytical skills.
• Has excellent attention to detail and can multitask
• Amenable working on a night shift
• Background in BPO is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Amenable to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City
