Como parte de nuestro equipo de IT, el candidato ideal ser responsable de brindar asistencia t cnica a nuestros colaboradores y garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos tecnol gicos.
Responsabilidades Atender y resolver incidencias t cnicas relacionadas con hardware, software y redes.
Brindar soporte remoto o presencial a usuarios, asegurando una atenci n eficiente y cordial.
Escalar problemas complejos al equipo de soporte de segundo nivel cuando sea necesario.
Documentar incidencias y soluciones en los sistemas de gesti n.
Colaborar en la instalaci n, configuraci n y mantenimiento de equipos tecnol gicos.
