Description Position Summary: The Sorter role is responsible for verifying, scanning, and organizing parts to ensure accurate sequencing and proper placement within designated locations. This position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production flow, and ensuring quality and safety standards are consistently met.

Requirements Key Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and standard work instructions at all times
• Verify and scan parts to ensure correct sequencing and placement
• Confirm all totes and containers are empty prior to processing and documentation
• Ensure containers are staged accurately in designated locations
• Perform visual quality checks on packaging and materials
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all sorting activities
• Support operational efficiency by adhering to established workflows and processes

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to distinguish between colors accurately
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow standardized processes and instructions
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screening

Work Environment

• Warehouse environment with moderate to high noise levels
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis
• Required use of Personal Protective Equipment while on the shop floor
• Exposure to moving equipment and operational activity within the facility
