Role Description

The Social Media Intern will support the marketing team in managing and growing the company’s presence across social media platforms. Daily tasks include creating and scheduling posts, assisting with content planning, monitoring engagement and audience feedback, and helping respond to comments and messages in a professional manner. The intern will contribute ideas for campaigns, support basic graphic or video content creation, and help track performance metrics to improve future content. This is an internship role that is on-site and based at PT. Victory International (Branch Satrio Tower) in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok) and understanding of current digital trends.
• Basic skills in content creation, including writing captions, simple visual design, or video editing using common tools or apps.
• Ability to research topics, especially related to finance or trading, and translate them into clear, engaging content.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, collaborate with a team, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn about financial markets, trading products, and regulatory considerations in Indonesia.
• Prior experience with social media management or internships in marketing is an advantage but not required.
