Soucring Manager (Second Hand Device Industry)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify potential suppliers based on requirements and market research.
• Evaluate suppliers based on quality, reliability, cost, and delivery capabilities.
• Manage bidding process for all suppliers
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and pricing changes.
• Analyse cost structures and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Develop and implement strategies for cost reduction and value improvement.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
• Draft, review, and finalise contracts and purchase agreements.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve processes and reduce costs.
• Maintain accurate records of supplier contracts, performance data, and market analyses.
• Prepare regular reports on sourcing activities, including spend analysis, supplier performance, and cost savings.

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required
• Experience in sourcing of used /refurbished IT and consumer electronic products
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sourcing software/tools.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter, ability to create new opportunities and act on them.
