Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to understand, qualify, and prioritize technical hiring requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for systems engineering and other technical positions.
• Source, review, and screen candidates for technical and behavioral alignment.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified engineering talent through talent mapping and targeted outreach.
• Independently manage sourcing strategy, candidate engagement, and pipeline development for assigned teams and positions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 6–8 years of full-cycle sourcing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to source and evaluate technical talent, including systems engineering or software engineering candidates.
• Strong understanding of the technology industry, relevant skill sets, talent markets, and target companies.
• Strong consultative, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across organizational levels.
• Proven ability to work independently, partner with hiring managers and engineering leadership, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
