Overview We are seeking an engaging and highly organized Phone Screener to support our RPO partnership with a leading renewable energy company for a six-month contract assignment. This individual will conduct initial phone screens with prospective candidates, gather relevant information about their experience and qualifications, and document clear, accurate feedback for the recruiting team.

The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with a high volume of candidates, can build rapport quickly, and is able to work a flexible schedule to accommodate candidate availability. This may include conducting phone screens outside traditional business hours when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured phone screens with prospective candidates.

• Assess experience and qualifications against defined requirements.

• Explain the opportunity and answer general candidate questions.

• Document accurate screening notes in the recruitment system.

• Recommend qualified candidates for recruiter follow-up.

• Maintain timely communication and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, candidate screening, customer service, or a similar role.

• Strong communication and active-listening skills.

• Professional telephone presence and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple candidates and work independently.

• Comfortable using recruitment systems and Microsoft Office.

• Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
